You may have several invoices for a particular patient and would like to collate them into a single document according to outstanding and/or general activity to easily send to a payer/payee.

To do this, click the patient file and click "Account statements" in the left hand side bar then click "New" as circled below:

Click the arrow as circled and then select "Outstanding" if you would like to collate all outstanding invoices or "Activity" to see all invoice activity within a particular time frame:

  • Creating an Account statement for "Outstanding" invoices

If you select "Outstanding" select the date as below:

You will see a list of all your outstanding invoices, once you click "Save" as circled:

You will see this page, if you click "Invoices outstanding as of 05/09/19":

You will see the Account statement for this:

  • Creating an Account statement for "Activity" within a period of time

If you select "Activity" then select the date bracket as below, you will receive a list of all your activity within those dates:

You will then receive a list of all invoices within that date range, if you click "Save":

You will see the page below and if you click "Invoices outstanding as of 01/09/19 - 05/09/19":

You will then see the Account Statement for this:

If you would like to print or save this document as PDF then you can click the printer icon as below:

This will open in a tab and you can download or print using the icons as circled:

To delete an Account statement click "..." on the right hand side of the selected account statement and click "Delete":

You can order according to "Date" or "Statement type" (ascending/descending) by clicking "Date" and using the arrow:

To view all current Account statements open directly one under another then click the icon circled and you will be able to view all documents:

  • Creating an Account statement directly from a "Contact"

If you would like to create an account statement directly from a particular payee, such as an insurance company, you will need to go to "Contacts" and select the contact for whom you would like do this and click on "Account statements" in the left hand side bar:

Follow exactly the same steps as explained above.
