Group video consultations take place online in a web browser, and allow up to four participants to join.
This article is for Managers who want to enable group video consultations for their clinic. For information on how to join and use video consultations, see here.
To enable group video consultations, you must have the Manager role on Heydoc, or have permission to edit your clinic's General Settings. For more information on roles, see here.

Before you can turn on group video consultations, you must first request that Heydoc enable the Video modes feature for your clinic at: email@example.com
How to enable group video consultations
Before you attempt to enable group video consultations, make sure you have read the Prerequisites on this page.
To enable group video consultations:
Go to the Settings page.
Scroll down to the Video Consultation section.
Select Small Groups from the Video mode drop down.
Click Save in the top right-hand corner.
You can disable group video consultations at any time by following the same steps as above, and selecting Peer-to-peer from the Video mode drop down. When Peer-to-peer is selected, video consultations across your clinic are limited to only two participants.
