You can now create your letters and templates within MS Word. To do this, you first need to download the Heydoc Word add-in app on your computer and insert this add-in on MS Word.
Please note, to use this feature you must have Word 2016 or a later version on your desktop. Alternatively if you do not have Microsoft Word on your desktop, you can use Office 365 (Office Online).

Firstly download the Microsoft app for Heydoc by clicking here. This will take you to Microsoft AppSource where you can download the Heydoc add-in:
Once you have downloaded the add-in, you will be taken to the following page. Click 'Open in Word' and this will take you to the Microsoft Word app on your desktop:
Alternatively, open up Word and follow the below instructions:
If using 'Office Online', click on 'Heydoc' in the "Commands Group" section:
This will bring up the following sidebar. Enter your email and password which you use to login to Heydoc and click 'Log in':
You will then be logged in to Heydoc and can begin searching for patients and previously created Word templates from your system:
