All appointments are found in the "Products" tab. For more information on how to add bookable products, such as bookable procedures, labs and vaccinations, click here.
Click on the "Products" tab and you should see a list of all your appointments along with your other products:
If you click on the blue "New" button on the top left hand corner you will see the page below. Select 'Appointment' as the product type:
You can name them, add a length, a cost as well as a colour code. Once you fill in all the details required, click "Save" at the top as below, you can add as many of these as you like:
Appointment types are also linked to practitioners via the "Services provided" functionality in the "User" section in the "Settings" tab. Here, each practitioner should select which services they provide:
Don't forget to click the blue "Save" button at the top of the page once you've made these changes:
Appointment types are also linked with locations, via the "Services provided" functionality in the "Location" section in "Settings". In each of your 'Rooms' you will see a "Services provided" section. Here you should tick all the services this location will provide:
Don't forget to click "Save" once you have done this.
