Users must have permission to create, edit, and delete bookings from a Manager. For more information see here.

You can change the time and date of an appointment from the Appointments tab, in one of two ways:

Drag and drop

  1. Click and hold the appointment you want to reschedule.

  2. Drag the appointment to the new time and date you want.

  3. Choose whether you want to send a confirmation email to the patient by ticking or unticking Email patient confirmation?.

  4. Click Confirm.

The appointment moves to the new time in the calendar.


Click and edit

  1. Click on the appointment you want to reschedule.

  2. Select the edit icon in the top right-hand corner of the Edit Appointment window.

  3. Make the changes you want in the Time section by clicking the dates or times, then selecting a new time from the pop-up windows.

  4. Choose whether you want to send a confirmation email to the patient by ticking or unticking Email patient confirmation? at the bottom of the Edit Appointment window.

  5. Click Save when you are happy with the changes.

The appointment moves to the new time in the calendar.
